Bettina's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy System Design from Appalachian State University, where her commitment to environmentally-friendly practices began to take root. After falling in love with the mountains, Bettina made her home there and has been committed to preserving the beauty and serenity of the natural environment ever since. In addition to running Clean Mountain Escapes, she's a dedicated mother and farmer, tending to a variety of animals like pigs, chickens, ducks, and turkeys while teaching her toddler the importance of living a sustainable lifestyle. Bettina places great value on her staff, believing in paying them fairly and providing opportunities for growth within the company. As someone who built her business and farm from the ground up, she is passionate about supporting others in their own journeys and achieving their dreams.
